Server logs

Contact form submissions

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message text. This data is stored on our server for up to 12 months and used only to respond to your enquiry.

Cookies

We set a single functional cookie (cookie_consent) to store your cookie consent preference. This cookie contains no personal identifier and expires when you clear your browser storage. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are placed on this site.

3. Legal basis

Contact form data is processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Server log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure server (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities where required by applicable Romanian and EU law.
